Using the Game

The Game is for personal entertainment. You may play it in your browser. It involves no real money, prizes or gambling of any kind, and nothing you win in the Game has any value outside the Game.

The Game, including its code, design, text, artwork and sounds, is owned by ServeWell Software LLC and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell or create derivative works from it without our written permission. “Dice 750” is a name used by ServeWell Software LLC for this Game.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, or use it to break the law.

Your saved data

Saved games and records are kept in your browser. If you clear your browser data or switch devices they will be lost, and we cannot restore them.

No warranty

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServeWell Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms or change or remove the Game at any time. The date above shows when they were last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
